Pocket Dragon Rune Key

There are runes on many of the pieces of Pocket Dragons. Runes are an early form of writing and the ones used on Pocket Dragons are a set of Germanic runes used by alchemists in the 10th and 11th Century. Real Musgrave uses runes to write hidden words or messages into his work., although they were just originally for decoration. The words are nearly always English with occasional lapses into Latin.
Real Musgrave says: I use runes when I want people to take their time to read something. One of my favourites is 'The Library Cat', in which the runes on the book spell out the Pocket Dragons motto - Be kinder Than Necessary.  Everyone loves secret messages but they are more fun if you can translate.

This is a close up shot of Wynken, Blynken & Nod. It says the wooden shoe that sailed the skies.
